Hello and welcome!
If you’ve followed The Learning Stack from its early days on Kit - thank you. If you’ve just stumbled across this for the first time, also thank you. I’m glad you’re here.
This is the new home for my writing, thinking, and explorations at the intersection of learning, AI, and the future of work.
Up until now, The Learning Stack has been mostly focused on practical insights for learning professionals, especially those in customer education, L&D, and enablement. That’s not going away. But moving to Substack gives me space to expand a bit, to explore how technology is changing how we teach, learn, work, and think.
You can expect:
No fluff. Just honest, tested perspectives from someone working hands-on with AI and learning every day.
Learning-first, revenue-aware. I’ll always link strategies to impact. Whether that’s learner performance, business results, or something else impactful.
AI in context. Not just what the tools can do, but how they fit into the stack, your stack, and where they make the most difference.
Some provocation. I’m not here to repeat the obvious. If it challenges assumptions but opens new doors, I’ll write it.
This move also simplifies things. Substack lets me focus on writing and connecting, without worrying about segmentation, funnels, or managing lists. You can subscribe, comment, share, or just read quietly, whatever suits you.
So, what’s next?
